Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join a supportive school district for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-centered environment with access to resources and mentorship. As a school-based SLP with Soliant, you'll play a key role in helping students develop their communication skills, supporting their educational goals, and making a lasting impact on their lives. Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a K-12 caseload Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for speech services Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license in the state or eligibility to obtain before the start date ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome and encouraged to apply! Previous school experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Position Details
