LifeBridge Health . Ideally this person would work Wednesday and Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM; open to Monday and Wednesday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Responsibilities
Provides quality clinical nutrition services by working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness. Provides medical nutrition therapy for all patients in accordance with providers orders, as well as hospital, and Clinical Nutrition Department policies. Performs assessments on all patients identified to be at nutrition risk per established policies and procedures. Provides nutrition education as identified. Provide support to the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams. Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field. Completion of Dietetic internship. Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN). Licensure/Certification: Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN); Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Experience: Less than one year.
