Overview Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience & Requirements
24 months of role experience is required, with some experience in the last 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from the facility to be submitted.
Flu vaccination is required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations are accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload any certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding.

Required Skills/Experience: Ortho/Joint Experience
Must have at least 9 months of the same unit experience in the past 12 months.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit Everything but CVOR, Neuro and Transplants.
Unit/Facility Details 14 OR Beds
Shift & Scheduling
Weekend Shifts: Friday-Saturday-Sunday, or Saturday-Sunday-Monday.
On-call requirements.
Flexibility to Day/Evening hours as needed.
Preferred: 1500-2300 shift (1100-2100 shift would be considered).
Maximum of 10 days off during the assignment. One reference from the last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) is required for submission. Driver’s license required.
