is seeking a Full-Time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center. Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT. High Standard of Care: Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients; enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy CPR certification Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred Seniority level
