Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our
Urgent Care
team in
Greenwood, IN . Position Details:
Full-time 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts) Rotating Weekends Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday: 8am-6pm No call 100% outpatient Ages 3 months and up Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals Qualifications:
FNP or PA certification required At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire IU Health offers a value-based compensation package that includes: group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, generous PTO, CME allowance/time off, relocation assistance, and malpractice insurance coverage.
