Benefits & Compensation
Base salary of $110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience Production-based bonuses Signing bonus + retention bonus potential 100% covered Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Relocation assistance available Generous PTO, CE allowance, paid licensing, and professional dues Staff pet discount & generous team perks
