Salary: $89,500 - $141,000 per year.

As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you’ll be a front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, directly impacting patient care.

Responsibilities

Patients come first – build relationships and continuously improve health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Meaningful daily work – go home knowing you are making a difference and developing your team.

Available when the clinic is open.

Lead, mentor and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community.

Financial management – manage complete operation and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance.

Autonomy – run your clinic with support from director, regional peers and the company to continuously improve.

Culture & growth – reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors and receive the same in return.

Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred.

Minimum of one year in management (healthcare, business or military) or equivalent renal experience at discretion of DVP/ROD.

Current RN license if required by state of employment.

Current CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days).

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Collaboration with clinical and financial teams daily to achieve business goals.
