Deliver
in-home speech therapy
services Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals Implement effective
rehabilitation
and
therapeutic
programs for adult and geriatric patients Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation Benefits
