Managing a balanced caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries Working with both small animals and equine patients (or small animal only if you prefer) Delivering compassionate care and building long-lasting client relationships Contributing to a supportive, collaborative workplace Full-time status can be achieved working just 30 hours per week, typically across four weekdays Schedule: Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotational basis) Base salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Benefits and Support
