The primary responsibilities of this role include clinical review of medication orders, counseling patients, providing drug information support to the clinic and infusion areas, and assisting with optimization and build of the electronic medical record. Job Summary:
The clinic-based pharmacist will work closely with technical staff, nurses, mid-level providers, and physicians to meet the operational, clinical, and research needs of the infusion clinic and the comprehensive cancer center.
