DVM or VMD Wisconsin licensure 2+ years of general practice experience A team-player mindset Encouraged but Not Required

– Surgical skills and internship training are highly valued but not mandatory Responsibilities

Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals, including wellness exams, dental care, vaccinations, sterilizations, pain management, and laser therapy. Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice and participate in a paperless workflow with digital radiology and ultrasound. Collaborate with CVTs and the veterinary team; contribute to mentorship and ongoing learning. Engage in client communication, education, and care planning. Support the owner\'s breeding and reproductive services as applicable at the flagship clinic. Perks
