Are you are a meticulous, LPN who is dedicated to providing excellent care? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is the place for you. Our highly skilled staff can assist with many different facets of medical care. We work with families and their loved one’s doctor and other health care providers to build a care plan that will meet their needs. Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Must be IV proficient; training will be provided at hire with proficiency expected at 90 days. Develop and implement care plans that are goal oriented, patient centered, and aligned with available resources. Develop plan for discharge of patients. Qualifications
Current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Delaware. Associates degree or completion of an accredited LPN education program. Work experience in an acute or chronic care facility, or home health agency is preferred. Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance is required. Schedule & Location
The successful candidate will support the New Castle, DE and surrounding area; work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month. Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $25.52 – $38.28. This represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting; actual salary depends on factors including skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements. Equal Opportunity
