Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (NP or PA)
to join our Urgent Care team in
Ludington, Michigan . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
Opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the charm of a lakeside community
Acute care services for patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
Urgent Care operational hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm
Full Time Schedule is 3-12s for the first week and 2-6s & 2-12s for the second week = 36 hours per week or 72 hours per pay period
Per Diem providers must be willing to pick up a minimum of 2 shifts per month
Provider must be comfortable working in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment offering treatment for conditions such as:
Sprains and strains
Stitches
Rashes
Cold and Flu symptoms
Tooth pain
Sore throat
Pink eye
Lower back pain
Animal or insect bite
Urinary tract infection
Ear pain
Our Ludington Urgent Care office also offers on-site access to several services including lab, rehabilitation, workplace health and x-ray

Open to new graduates - Urgent Care rotation preferred
APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
