$22/hour As an ACCS Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment aimed at fostering independence. Your role involves collaborating with the individuals served, their families, friends, employers, and support staff to enhance their quality of life and build independence skills. Your duties include administering medication according to the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), assisting with daily activities such as household chores and cooking, and working alongside the Clinical Program Director to implement recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based treatment plans.
