MercyOne has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a NP/PA to join our Clinton Urgent Care team. Urgent Care Opportunity We offer Full-time employed position at our Clinton, IA clinic Competitive compensation - annual salary plus additional compensation for additional shifts and holidays. Eligible annual incentive upon achievement of specific metrics $10,000 commencement bonus Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness CME Allowance of $3,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, long term and short term Disability -Benefits start on day one of employment Retirement benefits: 403(b) with match and optional 457(b) Employer sponsored professional liability insurance including tail insurance coverage Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Family Nursing Program Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the provider’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) Break free from the hustle, bustle and stress Excellent work life balance supporting quality family time.
