EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. Location: Twin Falls, Idaho. Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time – Choose Your Own Schedule). Compensation: Based on visit codes, with competitive reimbursement rates. In-Person or Remote. Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for residents in long-term care settings. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with facility staff, primary care providers, and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Qualifications
Active licensure as a PMHNP, PMHCNS. Licensure in Idaho. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with facility staff, families, and primary care teams. Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR) to document and retrieve patient information. Compensation & Benefits
Reimbursement is based on visit codes, including: Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (90792); Follow-Up Medication Management (99214, 99215); Psychotherapy with Medication Management (90833); Crisis Services & Extended Evaluations (as applicable).
