Physical Therapist
— Hospital Setting (Inpatient and Outpatient) We provide the best care for patients in the acute care setting and believe movement equals medicine. We value superior customer service, patient engagement, and treating each patient with the highest level of care, so we will not pressure you with productivity numbers. Our Rehab team offers care under one roof with direct access to surgeons, physicians, and other providers to support streamlined, collaborative care. Therapists work in both inpatient and outpatient settings to build deeper relationships with patients and deliver individualized, one-on-one care. We are ideally looking to add someone to our inpatient setting, but will float to outpatient. Our staff does not work holidays, which sets us apart from traditional rehab departments in acute care hospitals. The culture is patient-centered and highly collaborative, with all Rehab team members located in the same office space to support discussions about patient care and to ensure patients receive all the Rehab services they need, including for complex cases. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Our team is responsible for providing physical therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering individualized, one-on-one care. Schedule options: 5 eight-hour days or 4 nine-hour days plus a four-hour shift. We operate with a 1:1 patient ratio and focus on evaluating and providing the right care without pushing productivity numbers. Reports to the Rehab Manager. Qualifications
Ages 18+ with a history of oncology or being evaluated for oncology diagnoses. Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehab settings is valued. Strong customer service, patient engagement, and collaborative teamwork skills. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary care environment. Job Details
