– Sevita Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. – $6000 Special bonus Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Provide In-Home Family Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within the given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Contribute to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with the caseload as appropriate. Essential Functions

Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families within the catchment area Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families Provide outreach counseling to youth Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary Attend weekly supervision, staff meetings and consultations as required Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Family Therapy Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs Submit documentation and ensure it meets the Performance Specifications set by the state and is submitted timely Conduct outreach to community providers to develop and foster working relationships and awareness of CBHI services Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned) Respond to client emergencies as needed Other duties as required Adhere to provisions of M.G.L Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately and follow crisis reporting protocols Must be comfortable with various electronic systems and procedures and able to learn new technology Must be willing to work afternoons and early evenings Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or related field 1 year of experience working with Children and youth Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable vehicle Excellent organizational skills Self-starter Experience with electronic health records is a plus FCC candidates must be license-eligible Moving forward, all IHT candidates will need to have completed a 60-credit program with a full internship and may be able to obtain a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, or LMFT.
