Responsibilities
As a CT Technologist, you will: Prepare and position patients, operate sophisticated CT equipment, adjust scanning parameters, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Follow strict radiation safety guidelines and review images for quality. Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams; maintain accurate records. Communicate procedures clearly to patients and support their understanding and comfort. Our CT team works on complex imaging studies spanning cardiology, neurology, oncology, and trauma within a collaborative academic healthcare setting. Staff are encouraged to participate in continuous learning, protocol development, and clinical trials. Minimum Qualifications
Recent graduate of a school of radiologic technology. California Radiologic Technologist of Radiography (CRT-R). Registered Technologist for Computed Tomography issued by ARRT (R.T(CT)(ARRT)). Venipuncture certification. BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to obtain BART within six (6) months of hire date. Recent experience in a similar role and setting or new graduate of an approved radiologic technology program. Possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. Preferred Qualifications
California Radiology Technologist of Fluoroscopy (CRT-F). Two (2) years of CT experience in an acute care hospital setting. Prior experience in a Level I trauma center environment. Familiarity with imaging protocols and workflows in a comprehensive stroke center. Previous use of advanced CT technology and post-processing software in emergency or critical care imaging. Special Conditions
Must be able to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and some overtime, if necessary, for unexpected staffing issues. Must be able to work at various locations based on business needs. Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $139,499 - $139,499 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%). Hourly Equivalent: $66.81. Filing Deadline: Thu 9/25/2025.
