Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team at the New Providence facility. Schedule: 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm for three days per week and 11am-7pm for two days per week. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed Principal Accountabilities
Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, and exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision. Qualifications
Requirements New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program APTA or Herman and Wallace Training in Pelvic Floor (Willing to treat male and female pelvic impairments) Preferred 2-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and experience in Pelvic Floor WCS or PRPC About Us
