$45.00/hr - $45.00/hr Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals to address patients\' specific needs. Provide therapy to improve patients’ communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation, and fluency, as well as swallowing and feeding abilities. Educate patients and their families about the nature of disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies to support progress and enhance communication and swallowing in daily life. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing a full range of speech-language pathology services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position\'s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Licenses and Certifications
Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required Current valid CPR certification, preferred Education and Experience
Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Experience: 0-1 years Contact
