Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days! Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Benefits

Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: minimum 1 year of full-time experience (NP/PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required) Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required) Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays (required) Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification (required) Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP) About Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care
