Emergency Veterinarian - 2026 Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program - South Deerfield, MA

Ethos seeks veterinarians who are team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable to participate in a 3- to 6-month training and mentorship program with the goal of transitioning into an ER position at VESH - West Springfield. The Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH) is a VECCS Level II specialty and 24-hour emergency hospital serving Western MA, Northern CT, and Southern VT and NH. The facility in South Deerfield was recently expanded to 10,300 square feet, with a second location opened in West Springfield in October 2023. We are a tight-knit, collegial group of medical professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest level of patient and client care. We have specialists in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, and Avian/Exotics, plus strong support staff. The Ethos ER Immerse Program is designed to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable career in emergency medicine with a curriculum focused on core competencies, client and team communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. Duration/Commitment: 3- to 6-month training program with a June/July 2026 start After training: 1-year commitment as an ER clinician at VESH - West Springfield Location
