Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) licensed in Idaho to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities. Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specializes in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings. BHS encourages a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art psychiatric services. Service Areas Incorporate Seeking a licensed provider to work in ID, specifically Moscow, ID. We have opportunities in Spokane, WA as well. These are in-person positions, rounding in SNF facilities in the community. Responsibilities Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms. Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans. Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments. Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists. Job Type Full-time or Part-time available W2 Billable Hour or 1099 Independent Contractor roles available Requirements Licensed in Idaho by the Board of Nursing in good standing as a PMHNP or FNP with a focus on psychiatry. Licensed by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA) Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees) 1 year Geriatric Psych Experience (preferred). Skills Basic computer knowledge. Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus). Excellent written communication. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus! Benefits Billable hourly compensation model (no waiting on reimbursements).
