Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients. Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned. Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up at disposition times. Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation. Coordinate client use of WellPower programs and outside community resources. Coordinate medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients. Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required. Perform 27-65 (M-1) "mental health hold" evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment. Experience: Minimum of one year experience working with severely mentally ill population. Compensation & Benefits
Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level): $30.05/hr LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $36.14/hr - $36.64/hr Overnight Differential: $3.00/hr Language Differential: $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL Comprehensive Benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement matching—available at 30 hours/week Licensure Support: Free supervision for LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs Team Activities: opportunities to participate in team leagues and activities Other Requirements
Tuberculosis (TB) screening, testing, is required prior to hire and maintained during employment.
