What You’ll Do
Medical Leadership: Oversee surgical and medical cases, uphold high medical standards, and ensure exceptional client communication and care. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide our team of associate veterinarians and staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Operational Excellence: Manage hospital operations, drive financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while delivering the highest quality care.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: Generous salary range $150k- $180k plus production and bonuses up to $100,000, including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and more, including a generous continuing education allowance. Professional Support: 401(k) with employer match, paid dues for AVMA, IVMA, and state licensure, and generous paid time off.
