Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

to join our diverse team. As a Senior CRA, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines. Your role is vital in maintaining data integrity, participant safety, and overall study success. Responsibilities include: Monitoring clinical trial sites for adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Conducting site visits to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and support trial progress. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate data collection and reporting. Providing training and guidance to site staff and fellow CRAs. Building relationships with site personnel and stakeholders for smooth operations. Qualifications: Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, medicine, or related field. Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong knowledge of clinical trial processes. Based in the Central, West, or East regions. At least 3 years of independent monitoring experience. Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, site management, and relevant software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Therapeutic Areas:
