Requirements
Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech) Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 12 N | Pay Rate: $2283.99 - $2502.67 CT/Rad tech needed ASAP for 13 weeks. Under general supervision, specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. Performs related duties as required. Analyzes anatomical structure of patient, sets up equipment, and performs the CT scan. Must have an Associates degree in Applied Science in Radiology. Must have peripheral IV insertion experience or be willing to obtain training. At least 1 year experience in a hospital setting required. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and independently. Strong people skills, good communicator. Will be responsible for transporting patients to and from ED. High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. Must maintain required hours of continued medical education. BLS certification required. Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and have the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or be registry-eligible. Required Qualifications
CT Technologist, Computed Tomography Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-MI Certifications: R, CTTECH, BLS (copies needed) SSN and DOB required Work history should not have more than 30 days gap References: 1 reference in entire work history Additional requirements include an Associates degree in Radiology, peripheral IV experience or willingness to train, hospital experience, and good communication skills.
