Position:
Warehouse Lead Location:
Tigard, OR Pay:
$22.31 - $27.93 / hr Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7am-3:30pm What You’ll Do
Process and fulfill orders using warehouse systems. Pick, stage, and verify materials against sales orders. Assist with customer deliveries and ensure loads are safely secured. Receive, unload, and put away stock replenishments. Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventories. Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse spaces. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Train and support warehouse personnel. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. High school diploma or equivalent. 2–4+ years of warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience (preferred, will train if needed). Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50lbs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. Valid driver’s license; must meet all DOT, state, and legal requirements. Preferred
Prior experience in a lead or training role. Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse software. Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes. Next Steps
