The primary responsibility of the Repair & Refinish Technician is assessing damage, repairing and refinishing vehicles. Reporting to the Production Manager, the person in this role will support the TLS department\'s objective of supporting the overall success of the company. What You’ll Be Doing

All aspects of assessing damage, repairing and refinishing vehicles to include: Performs Automotive Body And Related Repairs Including complete disassembly of the damaged area straightening bent bodies, removing dents, and replacing damaged parts that cannot be repaired removing, placing, or repairing body parts using hand and power tools removing, installing, adjusting and aligning body components. May repair locks, latches, and other accessory body parts. May perform glass and upholstery repairs performing light buff and polish, BTU, install clear protectors applying skim coat and sanding/blocking affected panels Paint surfaces of new vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques to include sanding, spot painting, priming, conditioning and painting Mask and tape for multi-tone paint work and protective requirements Prepare paint booth equipment Mix to specified color using standard formulas or color charts. Inspect job and repair faults; and color, sand and buff after painting to match factory finish Adhering To All Aspects Of Safety Including Ensuring vehicle security and safety while in shop Adhering to all Governmental rules and Shop safety practices relating to operation of shop tools, use of personal safety devices, housekeeping, and health Following all environmental practices regarding proper handling and disposal of all waste streams Use proper PPE and respirator as needed for the task Replace and maintain paint booth filters according to schedule What You Bring

ASE Collision Repair & Refinish Certifications (or ability to obtain) B2 – Painting & Refinishing B3 – Non-Structural Analysis & Damage Minimum 3 years of experience Added bonus if you have

Previous experience with waterborne paint Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) – Certified or Master Repair Technician What We’ll Bring
