$92,000 – $197,000 per year (based on experience and skills)
Overview Make a significant impact in personal auto insurance. Lead the rollout of pricing programs, manage end‑to‑end state deployments, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with state operations.
Responsibilities
Own and execute end‑to‑end rollout of personal auto pricing programs in assigned states.
Gather, document, and communicate product requirements to stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
Serve as subject‑matter expert for pricing programs, providing recommendations that shape state decisions and corporate strategy.
Lead cross‑functional workstreams and manage projects of moderate to high complexity.
Conduct complex analyses to support business decisions, including competitor research and regulatory filings.
Educate IT and business partners on the vision, plan, and impact of changes.
Manage project timelines, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and raise blockers as needed.
Update leadership and stakeholders on project progress and address concerns.
Provide technical training and user support to analysts and business teams.

Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills.
Experience managing projects is preferred.
