Annual Bonus A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to support financial reporting, internal controls, and core accounting operations. This role will collaborate closely with leadership and play a key part in streamlining accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries Prepare consolidated financial reports and account reconciliations Conduct financial analysis and assist with audit prep Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies Prepare weekly sales and quarterly commission reports Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system experience Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Seniority level
