Overview
We are currently seeking candidates for a Staff Accountant position in West Palm Beach, FL. The role is with a prominent real estate firm and the position reports to the Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of general accounting experience and open to being on-site 4 days/week. This is a full-time permanent position that will offer up to $85,000 on a base + bonus and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly and year end work papers, including account reconciliations Review and analyze the general ledger, financial statements and prepare appropriate accrual and adjusting journal entries in accordance with GAAP Review invoice billings and the respective coding on a timely basis Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall departmental goals and objectives Identify and release weekly payments of outstanding payables Qualifications
