Your Role We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our small, high-impact team.
You’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to design, build, and scale new features — from intelligent onboarding workflows to AI-assisted therapist dashboards .
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves ownership, clean architecture, and building with purpose.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end features using React and TypeScript.
Design and deploy scalable services on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, Cognito).
Implement CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .
Collaborate with the CTO on system architecture and technical decisions.
Ensure security and compliance best practices (data protection, privacy).
Review code, improve developer workflows, and mentor junior contributors.
Tech Stack
Frontend : React, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend : Node.js / .NET (depending on module)
Cloud : AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Cognito)
DevOps : GitHub Actions, IaC (Terraform or CDK)
AI Layer : Azure OpenAI (NLP and analytics features)
Requirements
5+ years of professional development experience.
Strong knowledge of React and component-based architecture.
Proven experience deploying and managing apps on AWS .
Solid understanding of GitHub workflows and CI / CD pipelines .
Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in health-tech or AI products.
Familiarity with serverless architectures.
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
