Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition. Job Summary We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our growing team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. You will perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You will also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other responsibilities. You should be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Strong decision-making and teamwork are essential to ensure projects are completed successfully. This role offers opportunities for career growth in the restoration industry. Compensation

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr . Responsibilities
Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites Extract standing water as needed Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, including removing all job-related debris Maintain job site safety Execute job action plans for restoration production Contents manipulation Work in confined spaces including heights Utilize power tools Assist with warehouse duties Utilize truck-mounted extractor efficiently Identify and place drying equipment Communicate workflow and scope of work with Supervisors Qualifications
Experience in the restoration industry with focus on water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation preferred Carpet cleaning familiarity is a plus IICRC certifications including WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT preferred Valid Driver’s License Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation to main office Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting Clean shave face for respirator use as per OSHA regulations Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety on job sites Benefits
