Dinner service only restaurants open at 5 PM

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. This role requires operational excellence, guest engagement, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a refined dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations: Manage all aspects of service, staffing, reservations, and guest experience to ensure seamless fine dining operations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor service and support staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Guest Relations: Deliver a warm, memorable experience for every guest. Anticipate needs, handle feedback gracefully, and exceed expectations.

Culinary Partnership: Work closely with chefs to maintain consistency, presentation, and quality that reflect our brand standards.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost controls, labor, and inventory while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.

Wine & Beverage: Partner with the sommelier to curate an exceptional wine list and beverage program that enhances the menu.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain a clean, organized environment.

Events: Support special dinners, wine pairings, and promotional events to build guest loyalty and enhance revenue.

Training: Implement continuous training for service standards, menu knowledge, and leadership development.

Community & Vendor Relations: Build strong partnerships with suppliers and represent the brand with professionalism in the community.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining

Proven leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of fine dining service standards, wine knowledge, and culinary operations

Strong financial acumen (budgeting, labor, inventory, and cost control)

Skilled in guest service and reservation systems

Ability to perform under pressure and maintain an elegant environment

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred
