Learn It Systems is looking for substitute Title I Teachers to work in our K-8 classrooms for the 2025/2026 school year. This opportunity involves joining a growing interdisciplinary team focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children in need. Responsibilities

Be part of an educational team consisting of a supervisor, fellow educators and teaching aides, delivering high-quality education services in reading and mathematics in small group settings. Collaborate with school personnel and parents; implement program components as a Title I Teacher. Identify Title I students in collaboration with school administrators and classroom teachers. Plan and deliver effective instruction in small groups; administer pre- and post-assessments; track student progress and data. Maintain effective classroom management and provide a safe, positive learning environment; escort students as needed. Qualifications

Active Teacher Certification preferred Experience working with Title I students is a plus Computer proficiency required Ability to provide high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents Must be able to lift 30 pounds; ability to go up and down stairs; frequent standing; ability to raise arms above head; hand dexterity for typing Benefits
