is seeking a dynamic, engaging Sales & Training Specialist to represent our premium mobile accessory brand in retail stores across various locations. This hands‑on role drives product awareness, trains retail teams, and boosts sales through in‑store demonstrations and training.
Responsibilities
Promote mobile accessories through live demos and customer engagement.
Deliver impactful product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages.
Distribute product samples to generate interest and support sales conversion.
Build strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to foster product advocacy.
Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory.
Qualifications
Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales.
Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.
Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Experience in wireless retail environments is a plus.
Full‑time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.
Compensation & Benefits
$19–$23/hour (location dependent) plus bonus potential.
Flexible hours in a retail setting (Monday–Friday, PT/FT).
