Field Sales Representative - Cycling Frog
Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, with a comprehensive operation including farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging, and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.
Cycling Frog aims to normalize the consumption of casual use THC products. Our mission is to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by offering sessionable THC beverages at the same price as beer or soda. We focus on lower potency, ready-to-drink beverages that easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill, it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet and in locations where alcohol is sold.

Regional Sales Manager Key Summary:
Account Management, Field Marketing Execution, & Distributor Engagement Duties: Grow unit volume and revenue of Cycling Frog in all markets, increasing distribution points both on and off premise. Work directly with on/off premise accounts to expand distribution and increase sales velocity of hemp beverages. Conduct in-store samplings and educate servers in off premise and on premise locations to drive volume. Collaborate with distributor reps to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities, including ride-alongs and familiarization. Present Cycling Frog products at distributor sales meetings to educate and promote. Identify key non-buy accounts and develop strategies to gain distribution and volume, including direct outreach. Execute field marketing events in TN and KY, including working weekends. Implement distribution drives and incentives to increase points of sale in target accounts. Coordinate with VIP/Karma to communicate opportunities to distributor teams. Self-motivated and independent in approach. Comfortable working remotely. Minimum 5+ years in beverage sales, preferably with craft beer experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities daily. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, VIP/Karma. Valid driver’s license and a roadworthy vehicle are required. Physical/Functional Requirements: Work on a PC with peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, headset). Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under moderate stress levels. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. Independent work ethic and self-motivation. Successful candidates may undergo background and reference checks.
