Environmental Safety Focus Environmental safety remains a core focus for governments, businesses, and society. Key concerns include water safety, lead paint, virus and bacteria contamination, mold, PFAs, and chemical contamination. The landscape is complex, with evolving federal, state, and international regulations. Candidates should have a general knowledge of environmental coverage, PLL, CPL, combined form, and storage tank liability coverage.
Role Responsibilities
Support the Founders Series by marketing and coordinating renewal of current client business from origination to completion; assist CID units/teams in developing and cross-selling new business.
Market new business opportunities.
Review existing programs and environmental programs for prospects.
Prepare and present quote comparisons and articulate reports for all client levels.
Draft written correspondence, reports, and analyses as needed.
Participate in meetings, workshops, carrier functions, and social events.
Respond to Requests for Proposal and assist in claims reporting and consulting.
Respond promptly to client, producer, and unit leader requests.
Contribute thought leadership through white papers and marketing reports.
Participate in carrier and client roundtables.
Assist in training internal staff and collaborate across business units.
Enhance Lockton’s brand and reputation.
Travel as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Over 3 years of client services experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the brokerage industry and industry trends.
Ability to complete ongoing education and attend meetings and training.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and organize work efficiently.
Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours as needed.
