Our Sales Representatives guide clients toward financial freedom by assessing their unique financial situations and offering tailored debt consolidation options. All representatives complete a rigorous certification program and can earn the title of Certified Debt Specialist. About The Role
There is no cold calling; all prospects have requested debt solutions. Assess client financial situations and recommend the best resolving options. Build rapport and trust quickly with clients. Ensure compliance in all sales transactions. Earn a competitive compensation package: a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings between $100k and $300k annually, depending on performance. What We’re Looking For
Motivated individuals who enjoy exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is required. Financial services experience is a plus. The salary range reflects expected compensation, with actual offers depending on experience and location.
