Johnson Controls is seeking a sales representative to promote its BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience selling HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and general contractors, as well as excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills. Under general direction, the sales representative will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers, promoting the company's value proposition, and building long-term customer relationships. How You Will Do It
Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively and confidently to the construction community Build partnering relationships with the owner construction community Seek out and initiate contact with prospective customers Address customer operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements Act as the customer's advocate in interactions with Johnson Controls Requirements
2 years of experience selling HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and general contractors Understanding and history of designing and/or selling building automation systems Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
