Regional Sales Representative – Exosome Sales (Aesthetics & Dermatology Focus) Location: Remote – Multiple Open Positions covering Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Industry: Aesthetics / Dermatology About Us: We are a fast-growing biotech company at the forefront of regenerative medicine, specializing in exosome-based therapies. Our mission is to revolutionize skin health and aesthetic outcomes through scientifically advanced, clinically validated products. As we expand across the Midwest, we are seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to introduce our innovative exosome solutions to dermatology practices and aesthetic clinics in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will drive sales of our exosome products to dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and med spas throughout your assigned Midwest territory. This is a commission-only position ideal for experienced representatives with a strong network in dermatology or aesthetic medicine. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy for Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Identify and engage key decision-makers in dermatology and aesthetic practices. Conduct in-office demos, product trainings, and clinical presentations. Represent the company at local and regional trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Provide valuable field feedback to marketing and product development teams. Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in dermatology, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, or biotech/pharma. Proven success in a commission-based or independent sales role. Existing relationships with dermatologists, med spas, or aesthetic clinics in WI, IL, or MN preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel within the Wisconsin–Illinois–Minnesota region. What We Offer
