Job Summary
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Retreat Director position are designed to assist the Retreat Director in exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist the Retreat Director in supervising the sales team to drive revenue and profitability by selling memberships, service upgrades and products Assist as assigned with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining top sales/front desk talent Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals Qualifications
At least 2-years face-to-face sales or retail management experience Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills At least 2-years experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software Basic business math skills Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc. Benefits
