What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers - Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients - Maintain accurate client information to prevent errors and omissions claims - Ensure timely follow-up on policies, endorsements, and other client requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact
What is Required (Qualifications): - Active Property and Casualty insurance license required upon hire - Experience in Personal Lines with High Net Worth Account/Client Management - Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, and PURE - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional certifications - At least 5 years of experience in the Personal Lines industry with High Net Worth clients - Familiarity with additional carriers such as Travelers and Progressive - Experience with agency management systems/CRM, fluency with Epic is a plus
