We’re hiring a Bar Manager to join the opening team of a brand-new location from one of the region’s most respected and guest-forward hospitality groups. If you’re a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for great drinks and great people, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of something new — and help shape a vibrant bar culture from the ground up while enjoying the support of an established brand with deep Louisiana roots.
Upscale Bar Manager Responsibilities
Coach and lead the bar team to deliver consistently excellent service Train staff on recipes, hospitality standards, and operational execution Actively work the floor and bar to ensure a standout guest experience Monitor labor, inventory, and bar costs to meet financial goals Uphold the company’s high standards and positive, family-driven culture
Upscale Bar Manager Requirements
3+ years of bar management experience in a full-service, high-volume setting Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team with a GM mentality Flexible schedule – must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Positive, energetic, and reliable with a hands-on leadership style
