Lead on-site activities for water mitigation projects, including directing field crews. Perform and supervise water extraction, structural dry-outs, demolition, and mold remediation. Take precise measurements and develop accurate sketches using provided technology. Assess damaged areas and determine effective, code-compliant restoration plans. Operate and interpret moisture meters, IR cameras, and other diagnostic tools. Maintain open, professional communication with clients, project managers, and internal staff. Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and project scopes. Document work thoroughly using industry-standard software platforms like Dash, MICA, and Mitigate. Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in water mitigation and crew leadership. Strong working knowledge of demolition and mold remediation techniques. Preferred: IICRC Certifications (WRT, AMRT, BMI, MRS). Familiarity with estimating software like Xactimate is a plus. Comfortable using restoration industry tech (360° cameras, tablets, etc.). Proven ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time and within scope. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be willing to be on-call as needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Benefits
