Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into a viral moment.
About You

Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
Completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
You are passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves every day.
You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.
You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You possess a strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Compensation Range: $16.99 - $18.49

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
