We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join a growing Law Firm and help expand their Debt Collection & Construction practices. This role focuses on debt collection, construction litigation, landlord litigation, and related areas. The successful candidate will have strong legal research, mediation, and client-service skills. Position: Permanent Litigation Attorney

Industry: Legal Services / Law Practice

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Responsibilities

Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients. Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case. Conduct legal research and analysis of law sources to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, etc. Mediating disputes and guiding clients through the legal process. Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Handle debt collection cases, landlord and tenant litigation, mechanic's liens, and construction litigation. Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in debt collection, construction, landlord litigation, landlord and tenant litigation, mechanic\'s liens, and construction litigation. Proven experience in legal research and mediation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases. Excellent negotiation skills. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Benefits
