As A Restaurant Pantry Prep Cook you will perform daily operations and food preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining culinary equipment. You will work on-site and report to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. What You\'ll Do
Prepare popovers and strawberry butter. Bake all pastries and specialty bread needed for service. Prep soups and garnish for FOH. Assist hot & cold line with prep items, examples: braise mirepoix, sauce kits, salsa’s, Neiman Marcus salads, etc. Prepare or assist hot and cold line with catering and BE event menu items. Help maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and complete all daily side work. What You Bring
Functional/Technical Skills Personal Learning Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and the ability to multi task are necessary for this position. Confidence to ask questions and have work double checked, call out or correct mistakes or inconsistencies to team members and management. Able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.
